        FIRE DRILL: EVERY CAMPER MUST PARTICIPATE IN A FIRE DRILL DURING FIRST NIGHT OF VISIT.  THOSE WHO DO NOT PARTICIPATE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CAMP ON BOARD BY ORDER OF THE STATE FIRE MARSHAL. CAMPERS SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE LOCATIONS OF FIRE EXITS!

The Scout Duty Office after-hours number is (843) 881-5937. Emergency or after-hours is (843) 860-2345. This is a cellular phone and is answered 24 hours a day by a Public Safety Officer.

9:00 PM                 Entrance to Ship is closed!

9:45 PM                 MANDATORY FIRE DRILL-COMPLETE COOPERATION IS EXPECTED.

10:55 PM               Tattoo.

11:00 PM               Taps.  Scout Duty Officer prepares morning coffee mess. 

 

SATURDAY 3 MARCH 2007

7:00 AM                  Reveille.  Coffee mess in Scout Duty Office.  (DONATIONS APPRECIATED!)

8:15 AM                  Meal Call B  assemble by troop in front of large US Flag.  Scout Duty Officer to coordinate.

8:25 AM                  Enter CPO Mess in following order: 165, 263, 334, RR # 202.

8:45 AM                Pack 334 has one hour for partial tour of the ship.

9:00 AM                 Pack 334 Saturday arrivals come on board.  Clamagore, Ingham, Laffey open to the public.  Snack Bar opens.

9:45 AM               Pack 334 muster at flag in hangar bay

10:45 AM               Fort Sumter Boat departs with these troops on board: 334, 523. (Board Boat by 10:00 AM)

12:45 AM               Fort Sumter Boat returns. Pack 334 muster under large US Flag in hangar bay.

1:00 PM                 Aviation Class begins in ships theater immediately following movie.

2:00 PM                 Pack 334 explores the ship.

3:00 PM                 Aviation Class begins in ships theater immediately following movie.

5:35 PM                 Meal Call A  assemble by troop in front of large US Flag.  Scout Duty Officer to coordinate.

5:50 PM                 Enter CPO Mess in following order: 523, 502, 334, 263.

7:05 PM                 Aviation Videos in ship’s theater-“Blue Angels.”

7:20 PM                 Historic Trails Program begins in ship’s theater.

8:30 PM                 MANDATORY FIRE DRILL for Saturday arrivals-COMPLETE COOPERATION IS EXPECTED.

9:00 PM                 Movie  "THE FIGHTING LADY"  in ship's theater.

10:55 PM               Tattoo.

11:00 PM               Taps.  Scout Duty Officer prepares morning coffee mess.

                                 

SUNDAY 4 MARCH 2007

6:20 AM                  Reveille.  Coffee mess in Scout Duty Office.  (DONATIONS APPRECIATED!)

7:30 AM                  Meal Call  assemble by troop in front of large US Flag.  Scout Duty Officer to coordinate.

7:40 AM                  Enter CPO Mess in following order: 334, 502, RR # 202, 523, 60, 527.

8:10 AM                  Church Call.

8:20 AM                  Church Service begins in the ships theater. Silence to be maintained on deck during services.

9:00 AM                  Remove gear from  berthing quarters and stow in car.  Return to ship to visit anything missed on Sat.

9:00 AM                  Clamagore, Ingham, Laffey open to the public.  Snack Bar opens.

9:00 AM                  PPDA Custodial Staff begins clean up of berthing quarters

10:00 AM               Palmetto Park opens.  Admission paper required.
